  Never had a problem here and staff have always been fantastic to me. I guess I must be pretty lucky. Got squished in for a quick passport application today and Jess was super helpful and made it all so simple! Couldn't be happier with the service. Unfortunately have to drop a start as the store is rather cramped and definitely makes it hard to maneuver. I pick this PO over my local though!

  Had to renew my Australian passport. Everything was done, had all the correct approvals from all the justice of pace members, yet the store manager kept asking me for birth certificate, my first passport (from when I was child) and a photo ID from 20 years ago.

  I can understand getting mail for the wrong number but the right street. I can understand getting mail for the right number but the wrong street. But I often get mail that is wrong street AND wrong number...how is that even possible? Update: Since last post have had 2 deliveries go missing. Useless

  If I could give a ZERO I would, I have been over charged 3 times now, items that are classified as a large letters that cost $2 to send and being charged $10.35 (for some reason they charged me for tracking and express postage when asked for cheapest postage) and $7.60x2 (exact same items posted at a different post office charge $2-$3), i had someone else doing postage for me and told them do to the cheapest as possible that is $2-$3 and when I seen the receipt I was mortified at the amount of being charged($26), I tried to ring a few times that day and no answer, next day I went down and asked why I have been over charged and got treated like I was stupid, spoken to very rudely by the manager, was told to never come back, got yelled at and also refused to give me a refund of the money that I was overcharged (p.s I have worked in the mail industry and know what things cost). I rang aust post, they looked the receipt up in their system and confirmed that I had been over charged and didn't understand why the post office did what they did by adding extra charges to the large letter, postage for my items should have costed $9, the lady that I spoke to at aust post was very apologetic and very pleasant to deal with. NEVER GO TO THIS POST OFFICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.
