  Fast forward a couple of weeks and Flawless Gloss certainly delivered what they promised. My car was in perfect pre-accident condition again! David and his staff actually found a few other issues unrelated to the side-swipe, which needed attending to, thanks to their sharpe attention to detail and professionalism.

  I was out of pocket over 600$ and my car was a royal mess thanks to SRS Richmond. Thankfully I found Flawless Gloss after much searching online. Upon visiting Davids workshop in Carrum Downs, i was very impressed with his super clean facility, his can-do attitude and passion for his profession and genuine willingness to get my car back in top notch pre-accident condition. David explained thoroughly how he and his staff would go about repairing my car, not with a tub of bog and a spray can like SRS but actually thoroughly going over my car and finding every imperfection caused by the side-swipe and damged areas/parts, then installing new genuine parts and painting the entire side of my car. The paint work is brilliant and has come up very glossy and radiating..like new.

  I trusted the system... RACV (iag) would use a respected repairer to repair my SS.. my vehicle would be in good hands, so i thought. My SS was booked into RACV preferred repairer "SRS" (Smash Repair Solutions) in Richmond, Vic. Little did i know this was the beginning of much dissatisfaction. Long story short SRS done a deplorable and despicable job on my car.. as David explained they fix all cars on a set rate in agreement with the insurer for $1500. All vehicles that go through preferred repairers work this way be it repairing a new ferrari or an old dihatsu. Of course every accident is different and will incur varying costs, so many short cuts are taken by these sausage factory dodgy repairers and vehicle insurers. Summing up the work by SRS..shonky to put it simple, bogging up the damaged panels and treating myself and my car like utter garbage.

  l can't thank David and the team at Flawless Gloss enough for an amazing full respray. after my HSV clubsport was vandalized. l have no hesitation in recommending Flawless Gloss to anyone looking for superior workmanship on their pride and joy. customer service is fantastic its very rare to find a business who is highly professional, and more importantly, a trustworthy company. I was so impressed with the respray it was Better than new and they even cleaned inside and out - above and beyond. Cannot wait to recommend these guys. & would use them again without hesitation.
