  Dont explain contracts proply , sugercoats it all just to rip you off.... 200$ down the drain ... found nitro iron addicts gym in carrum 10000x better. Better equipment and the staff dont trick you into anything , their service is 50x better then core.

  Great Team of people at this Gym with many varied exercises and classes to choose from. Just of the new Peninsula Link at Frankston easy to stop in on the way home from work to exercise! Thanks for being supportive and creating more energy and health in my life. If your looking for a gym with great staff and open long hours drop in at Lime Health & Fitness.

  I absolutely love it here! There is a lot of equipment, a cross training studio, cardio area, weights room, a stretching room which you can do classes in, pole dancing and a HUGE ladies on gym. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. They remember my name, notice my accomplishments and keep me motivated. Since joining, I have been doing PT with Zora once a week, and she is the best trainer I have ever had! Highly recommend!
