  The Ron Wilson team have just helped us to move from Mornington to storage in Mornington. From the first contact with Craig they have been helpful, courteous and efficient. Brendan and Jarrod arrived on time, nothing was too much trouble, everything was handled with care and consideration. Will certainly contact Ron Wilson again for my next move.

  I have tried calling many many many many times and it seems they don't want to respond to my calls about arranging a time to complete what they signed for outlined in the repairs agreement. It proves they DON'T care about customer satisfaction as it seems the repairs are not worth their time as it's at their cost. Like I mentioned previously they are RUDE ARROGANT and IRRESPONSIBLE. My chandeliers are still damaged, yet they have replied that they have covered all costs and completed repairs to damages. Clearly they are DISHONEST. Who makes a public statement knowing its actually untrue ?? Only RON WILSON REMOVALS.

  if you want a stress free move do NOT call Ron Wilson Removals and Storage. They promise you the world at the start but thats certainly not how it eventuates. They state it will be stress free and everything put back exactly where it was and if there are any incidents how they rectify them as its all covered by their insurance. When I contacted them to let them know of a few issues I wasn't satisfied with, they were rude & arrogant, dismissed any liability at first and I had to provide them with proof of my photos before the problems were addressed and still today they refuse to acknowledge all of the responsibility. So why tell a great story about their insurance and not then use them!! They are dishonest, untrustworthy, misleading and dismissive making our experience definitely NOT stress free! TERRIBLE SERVICE.

  Craig and the team that moved us from our existing home in Frankston South to Mount Eliza were absolutely first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Helped with everything. When we needed something changed to another area were obliging. Even helped pout beds together and with lifting. Fridge was expertly leveled and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend
